Quick update: regarding the city of Orange. . . . A home that has 3 bed / 2 bath / 1,066 square feet / Lot size is 6,970 just sold for $489,000 in March 2014 (lasted 30 days on the market) ....why is your home still on the market at $514,999.00 ???? Can you say wayyyyy over priced! . . . .
