The best thing about getting my real estate license late August of 2013 is that . . . .1) I have not developed bad habits 2) don’t lie about the millions of years I have been in the business 3) will not pretend to know the real estate contract 4) be quick to answer questions I do not know anything about 5) pretend to be a contractor, lawyer, escrow officer and a title representative all in 30 minutes or less while you sign and initial forms you have NO idea what you are doing . . . . . . . . .(priceless)
